Clinical Trials Sub-Investigator - Birmingham – Leading Global Research Provider - Salary D.O.E - Part time or Full Time

The Company

Carrot Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency sourcing a Clinical Trials Sub-Investigator to join a dynamic research team at our clients Birmingham facility. This leading global research services provider organisation is rapidly growing with multiple sites across the UK and US. The Role

The Sub-Investigator will be responsible for overseeing and implementing clinical research studies with a focus on patient safety and high-quality data collection and will work closely with the research team. Day to day the role will include bit will not be limited to the following:

• Assist in patient recruitment and screening for clinical trials
• Conduct medical assessments and provide medical oversight for clinical research studies
• Ensure strict adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators and research coordinators to ensure seamless study execution
• Provide medical expertise and guidance to research staff and study participants
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clinical trial activities, including adverse events and protocol deviations

You

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree with active medical license (GMC registered essential)
• Experience in clinical research and pharmaceutical trials (desirable)
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
