Clinical Specialist – Germany (Kassel, Fulda, Erfurt, Bamberg, Leipzig) – Medical Devices
The Company
Carrot is partnering with a Global medical technology company focused on manufacturing medical devices, instrument systems and reagents. They are now looking for a clinical specialist based in Germany, you will provide clinical support and professional advice to healthcare professionals (HCPs), contributing to business growth through education and training.
The Role
- Plan and deliver training for medical professionals
- Support product integration through hands-on clinical training
- Analyse customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Implement and optimise company solutions regionally
- Provide clinical and medical support to HCPs
- Coordinate customer projects to improve clinical processes
- Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop market-specific strategies
You
Essential:
- Must be based in Kassel, Fulda, Erfurt, Bamberg, Leipzig region.
- Completed training as a qualified health and nursing professional, nursing specialist or a comparable qualification, supplemented by at least two years of specialist training
- Clinical expertise in vascular access, infection prevention, emergency medicine, or oncology
- Strong analytical, solution-oriented thinking, and presentation skills
- At least 3 years of hospital experience with specialised training in intensive care, anaesthesia, or hygiene
- Fluent in German with good English skills
- Knowledge of the German healthcare system and medical device industry
- Willingness to travel (80% -90%) across Germany, including overnight stay
