Clinical Program Operational Lead – Global Development Operations (Director/Senior Director Level) - Germany

The Company

Carrot is partnering with a long standing Global Pharmaceutical company on the requirement of a Clinical Program Operational Lead based in Germany. This person will demonstrate be a voice of clinical operations, brings a positive energy and ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

The Role

• Develop the clinical development plan, accurately mapping out all aspects and executing this across assigned programs.
• Create and present operational content at key governance meetings, provifing critical support to CTLs
• Accountable for the creation, maintenance and implementation of certain SOPs, processes and workstreams
• Develop innovative clinical operation strategies

You

• Life Sciences Degree
• Demonstrable experience of developing and executing clinical development plans in a regional or global environment.
• Extensive knowledge within the area of oncology
• Familiar with Phase 1 – 4 as well and post marketing aspects
• Honed project management and leadership skills
