Clinical Programme Operational Lead – Switzerland – Global Pharma
The Company
Carrot is partnering with a long standing Global Pharmaceutical company on the requirement of a Clinical Programme Operational Lead based in Switzerland. This person will demonstrate being a voice of clinical operations, brings a positive energy and ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
The Role
- Develop the clinical development plan, accurately mapping out all aspects and executing this across assigned programs.
- Create and present operational content at key governance meetings, providing critical support to CTLs
- Accountable for the creation, maintenance and implementation of certain SOPs, processes and workstreams
- Develop innovative clinical operation strategies
You
- Life Sciences Degree
- Demonstrable experience of developing and executing clinical development plans in a regional or global environment.
- Extensive knowledge within the area of oncology
- Familiar with Phase 1 – 4 as well and post marketing aspects
- Honed project management and leadership skills
