The Company
- A global, mid-sized pharma company with a heritage in the treatment of anaemia and iron deficiency.
- Their products are currently prescribed across multiple therapeutic areas including Cardiology, Nephrology, Oncology, Obstetrics, and Gynaecology.
- Currently closing in on market leadership position.
The Role
- Involves strategically managing current accounts where they maintain full or total market share.
- Targets fresh accounts where the company seeks to draw switch business from their main competitor.
- Works strategically to manage key accounts while moving the needle in a positive direction.
You
- A strategically minded KAM or account manager who is more than just a sales rep.
- Strong account planning, collaboration, stakeholder mapping, and an innovator.
- A strong team player who can work both independently and as part of a team.
