Business Insights Partner – Patient Centric Pharmaceutical Company Berkshire – Salary DOE + car allowance + bonus

The Company

My client is a highly regarded, global biopharmaceutical company. They deliver a stream of innovative medicines that solve serious health issues and have a remarkable impact on people’s lives. They are a research orientated, patient centric organisation who invest heavily in R&D , operating across 130 markets. With plenty of products in new indication launches, this is a very exciting time to join the business!

The Role

In this role you will be working collaboratively with franchise leads, driving actionable business insights. Responsibilities will include:

• Develop insight led insights through secondary data analysis and primary market research. Utilise dashboards and advanced analytical tools as needed to derive commercial insights
• Lead end to end forecasting processes. Provide informed analysis on products, competitors and performance. Analyse and interpret forecast data and provide analytics to support decision making
• Design dashboards to support effective communication of complex data insights
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

You

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills:

• Prior clientside experience in a similar business intelligence / business insights / customer insights role
• An understanding of pharmaceuticals, ideally with strong knowledge of the NHS and mental health conditions
• An understanding of how to use market data to challenge marketing plans and create tangible, actionable insight
• Strong analytical capabilities with forecasting experience
• Excellent communication – stakeholder engagement and buy-in is key
