Associate Director - London - Healthcare PR – Multi-Market – 90k
We are currently supporting an independent healthcare PR agency, awarded for their social & digital work, on the search for an Associate Director & client lead for their multi-market division.
The Company
This client specialises in UK, Global, and EMEA, pharma and biotech businesses.
They cover everything from media relations to corporate communications; global strategic communications to policy and thought leadership.
They are seeking someone to run their multi-national programs across therapy areas including respiratory, women's health, neurology, and rare diseases. They are seeking someone with strong organic growth and business development skills - who can take an initial phone call through to an RFP pitch and beyond.

The Role
This role is multi-market and so you will cover deliverables including product comms, patient disease awareness, HCP education, corporate communications, internal communications,
policy-led communications and patient advocacy focused programmes.
This role will be across therapy areas including respiratory, rare disease, women’s health and neurology. As Associate Director you will be working as part of the senior leadership to act as Client Lead ranging across exciting projects, supporting & overseeing Account Executives, AM’s etc with steady strategic support from the Directors.
You
To be suitable for this AAD opportunity you should have strong experience within a Healthcare agency field as an Associate Director / Senior Account director.
- Extensive experience working in Healthcare PR
- A strong sales drive – this is not a cold call job but they are seeking someone with the ability to grow business from an initial conversation to RFP pitch & beyond.
- Business development and organic growth skills are key!
- Excellent client services skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
