(Associate) Director – London / Berkshire – Insights & Research Consultancy – £65k - £75k + bonus

The Company

We’re working with the global market research consultancy of a large medical group, established to provide insight driven campaigns and solutions worldwide. They:

• Have grown year on year since their inception
• Work with pharmaceutical clients across R&D, commercial and medical
• Are a close knit division, small enough to be agile but as part of a larger group, they have the financial and operational clout to get things done

The Role

As an (Associate) Director you’ll be:

• Leading mixed method projects from start to finish
• Working closely with clients to develop and maintain long standing relationships
• Identifying new business and work commercially to ensure company targets are met
• Exposed to a variety of projects – from stand alone research to research that feeds into wider communications consulting

You

Ideal experience includes:

• Possess a proven track record in pharmaceutical insights, with strong industry expertise
• Excellent client management skills with a well respected reputation in the sector
• The ability to leverage industry relationships to drive business growth
• Passion, proactivity and energy to shape the future of a growing, ambitious agency
