The Role

Leading the day to day running and communications of this department which is dedicated to the agency’s top pharma companies.

A good understanding of the market, business, and products to explain to clients.

Building relationships with new and existing clients for current and potential projects.

The ability to present the agencies offerings.

Proposal development.

Negotiates project terms with the assistance of senior team members.

Managing the database, communicating cross functionally with other teams.

Assessing the wider sales and marketing strategy with the aid of the senior team
You

Experience within a healthcare agency as a Senior Account Executive or an Account Manager with a life science degree.

A desire to develop their career within medical communications.

Strong written and verbal skills.

Strong client partnership skills.

Have a passion for healthcare and an honest enthusiasm for the work they do.

A proactive and positive mindset.
