The Role
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients as well as internal teams.
- Managing projects end to end (budgets, timelines, resource etc).
- Taking briefs, then briefing in internal teams.
- Creating budgets and timelines for each of your own projects.
- Leading on update status meetings.
- Responsible for the financial health of each of your projects, including forecasting and reconciliation.
- Assisting with proposal/pitch development and delivery.
You
- Must be experienced working within a client services role within a healthcare communications agency.
- Must be experience of working on projects such as congress, symposia, webinars, advisory boards etc.
- Must be used to leading on projects, on site, face to face with clients.
- Must be an accomplished project manager with experienced in creating budgets and timelines.
- Ability to multitasks and work to tight deadlines.
- High levels of motivation and the ability to adapt.
- Must have a growth/open mind set.
