Account Manager – Hybrid working Berkshire – Independent integrated healthcare communications agency – Up to £45k Salary

The Company

This role is with a growing independent integrated healthcare communications agency who offer a full, Omnichannel service to their pharma and healthcare clients. They cover a range of services from medical writing and medical education through to brand and promotional strategy and campaigns.

You’ll feel part of an experienced and accomplished team who love their clients and what they do.

The level of role is flexible depending on experience so would suit an experienced Senior Account Executive looking to step into an AM role or an existing Account Manager who is looking for a change in focus or to develop broader experience.

 

The Role

  • This is an opportunity to join a committed and experienced client services team
  • You’ll be working on a diverse range of therapy areas including haematology, neurology, immunology, oncology, rare diseases and renal
  • Provides the opportunity to work on lots of deliverables from sales aids and patient information through to creative brand and promotional copy & design pieces. This is a great role to broaden experience in new areas and unique campaigns
  • As part of the client-facing team you will work through multiple campaign projects end-to-end from taking the client brief to delivering brilliant content and designs
  • Collaboration with other internal teams such as medical writers, creative, digital, scientific and patient engagement
  • Contributing to management of your accounts, building strong business relationships with your clients and the wider accounts team - Liaising with clients regularly and consulting on project progress and deliverables.
  • Proactive development of existing accounts, spotting growth opportunities when they arise.

 

You

  • Will bring a minimum of 2 years’ client services experience within a similar healthcare agency (either healthcare advertising or medical communications will be considered)
  • Must have a good understanding of the end-to-end process for healthcare communications projects
  • Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills – confident in providing updates and feedback around deliverables and potential threats to time line or budgets
  • You’ll be able to effectively plan, monitor and manage project milestones, costs and deliverables
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team – you’ll be self-motivated and be confident is using initiative and sharing ideas
