Account Manager– Medical Communications – London/Remote - £44k - £50k

An incredibly forward thinking, innovative Medical Communications business. They create impactful communication programs for clients who are looking for a different and compelling way of communicating to their audiences. With offices in the UK and the US the company are at the front of communicating complex science and they believe, that helps change lives. The Role
- Working across medical affairs and publication accounts in a 50/50 split.
- You will be working as part of an inspirational team and are expected to also come with your suggestions.
- Working with experts in the field you will be constantly learning and developing and encouraged to open your mind to new content.
- The role will involve talking directly to clients and being involved with pitches and proposals.
- Mentor junior team members and aid the Account Director.
- Review materials developed by in-house trainee scientific writers to ensure strategic alignment and scientific accuracy as needed.
- Looking at budgets and helping the Account Director when they require on this.
- Participate in client pitches and business development meetings as required
- Work cross-functionally with in-house technology and creative teams on building innovative digital solutions for Medical Affairs clients, including digital HCP and patient engagement materials.
You
- You should have experience within medical affairs and publications within a medical communications agency.
- Must come from a Medical Communications/Healthcare agency or in house similar setting, min of 2 years’ experience.
- Must be looking for a role that will challenge you and want to work with a team that ‘think outside the box’
- Must have experience liaising with the client and 3rd
- Experience in budget management.
