The Company

An opportunity to join this fast-growing independent integrated healthcare agency

  • This innovative, creative, and fast-growing healthcare communications agency is in need of an Account Executive and are eager to speak to recent medical, advertising or communications graduates or existing Account Executives looking for a role within a supportive, creative environment.
  • The agency works across a highly varied range of creative projects, including publications, meetings and events, brand and promotional, digital communications, external expert relations and medical education.
  • They offer a great balance of scientific and creative campaigns - working across a broad range of therapy areas including oncology, haematology, immunology, and neurology.
  • Offering a full-service strategic support to their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, they adopt a client-centric consultative approach.

The Role

  • Support the client services team with the day to day running of accounts and projects
  • Act as the main point of contact for allocated clients, ensuring strong communication and coordination
  • Attend client meetings and take required notes for team and project follow up
  • Create, monitor and report project budgets, timelines and requirements
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve any project issues and take a proactive approach to identifying or managing any potential threats to delivery
  • Provide administrative support to the client services team and show initiative to improve processes

You

  • Will have a degree in life sciences, communications or marketing
  • Have excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
  • Need to be solution focused, proactive and have strong attention to detail
  • Are able to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects or workstreams consecutively
  • Ideally will have some work experience in a business-to-business focused role
