Account Executive – Independent Healthcare PR Agency – Remote – £30,000+ - DOE

This is an independent healthcare communications agency set up by industry professionals who found a need for full-service communications for the health tech & biotech space.

This opportunity is a great chance to be more than a number, to work side by side with the founder and to direct the growth and development of an agency.

You

  • You are an Account Executive (AE) within PR in a regulated field, such as biotech, health tech, pharma, health, tech, or are a communications manager/director with strong media experience.
  • This role has a strong media element – you will have experience in this field
  • You are adaptable and great at bringing forward new ideas and creativity in everything you do

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting account teams with creating content, compiling media lists, organizing events, and preparing client reports and assets.
  • Partnering with your account manager to ensure clarity around team responsibilities and address all client feedback effectively.
  • Monitoring project progress to ensure timelines are met and proactively communicating with clients about any necessary timeline adjustments.
  • Working with cross-departmental teams to refine and execute client deliverables and enhance processes.
  • Acting as a brand advocate by staying informed on client industry trends, competitors, and keeping the team updated on relevant developments.
  • Promoting the team’s efforts across the agency, driving awareness of the team's successes on social media, and ensuring recognition through PR, awards, and other forms of acknowledgment.
