The Role
-
Working as part of the Integrated Client Services team, working mainly on medical education but also using the agencies advertising capabilities to support your clients.

Being the main point of contact for the client, building, managing, and setting expectations, working on more complex programmes.

Working on client projects collaboratively with internal teams to achieve objectives in the most effective way.

Accountable for the whole programme of client work, ensuring that work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

Regular contact with the client, ensuring you know their business and any external projects that could impact.

Leading on new business process and identifying and opportunities out with existing clients.
-
Inspire, motivate and support when leading the team, ensuring cross-learning and sharing of ideas and best practise.

Responsible for financial management of your clients, forecasting, tracking, attending monthly end finance meeting.

Signing off budgets, reviewing time sheets.
You

Experience in a professional environment within a healthcare communications agency at SAM looking to move up or already at AD level.
-
Ability to work within and lead cross functionally.
-
Develop strategies and campaigns that are multi-channel and multi-market in line with objectives and strategy.
-
Experience in strategy development and execution of programs globally as well as local.
-
Able to explain high science of clinical trials/products to audiences of different knowledge levels.

Experience in supporting and driving new business.

Must be able to plan annually in terms of forecasting and resource.

You Must have excellent presentation skills internally and externally.

You must have a flair for client services and enjoy speaking with and forming relationships with people.
