We are very open-minded with regard to your level of experience. We’re always keen to speak to good recruiters from any sector, to explore which of our areas may be the right fit for you and what you want from a new role.

As a business, we all work remotely, but we hire a flexible working space weekly in Manchester city centre which provides the opportunity for us to meet up with colleagues.

In May 2023, Carrot Recruitment found a new home as we became part of Compass Recruitment Solutions. CRS is a multi-award-winning and independently owned specialist recruitment consultancy, comprised of four dedicated divisions: Compass Associates, Compass Life Sciences, Compass Corporate Services, and Compass Carter Osborne.

This partnership is very exciting and hugely beneficial for Carrot Recruitment’s growth ambitions, but also the growth and development opportunities for all Carrot employees. Being part of a larger group of companies with offices in various locations will open up broader development opportunities for Carrot employees which is crucial in helping us to continually attract, motivate, and retain great people within our business.
