We're pleased to announce our partnership with real-world evidence and outcomes research hub and Media Partner to ISPOR, The Evidence Base. As Talent Partner, Carrot Recruitment will be working alongside The Evidence Base community to provide ongoing consultative support and advice around talent branding, recruitment processes and employee engagement.
The Evidence Base is a free-to-access online resource which provides the latest news, opinions and insights into hot topics within real-world data, health economics and outcomes research. Through their publication the Journal of Comparative Effectiveness Research, they seek to educate and inspire those working within Market Access and HEOR.
The Evidence Base are also Media Partners to some key conferences within RWE and provide real-time round-ups, news and insights from these conferences and meetings as they take place.

A packed programme awaits and sessions will focus on the science, practice, and policies of value assessment to promote a broader view of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).

Partnership with The Evidence Base
Our collaboration with The Evidence Base as Talent Partner will give us more opportunities to attend these conferences and keep up to date with key trends, innovations and observations. We have been operating within the Market Access, HEOR and Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO) space since 2010. The collection and utilisation of real-world data has become more prominent, and so more and more of our time is now spent supporting clients in these areas, to attract the best talent to their brand and of course to advise on their overall talent strategy.
The partnership also offers us the opportunity to share our insights from around the talent market in a monthly column. Our aim is to offer thoughts, guidance and opinions in areas that we feel will be of interest to The Evidence Base’s members.
Our first piece for example will be around the importance of developing a strong and well-differentiated Employee/Talent Brand, especially in a market where hybrid/remote working is on the rise. The article will also consider the impact of a potential upturn in the market and the challenges that might present from a talent attraction and retention perspective.
